What a Crew Chief Does
Leads a full food truck shift (prep → service → closeout)
Assigns stations and controls speed
Protects the guest experience
Owns cleanliness and presentation
Makes decisions under pressure
Holds the team accountable
Drives the truck safely to and from events
Submits clean, accurate closeouts
You are the conductor.
